WOW! I just got back from an unforgettable vacation in Punta Cana with my family! My parents took me and my sisters' families on this fun and beautiful trip. They are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary later this month (insert applause here!!!... seriously, so rare!), so my sisters and I hired a photographer to capture our goofy crew, seen here



I'll be printing our family photos onto metal (the same metal prints I use to print my paintings on, which turn out ahhhh-mazing), so that these memories will last forever. 

If you are looking for a place to vacation with young kids, I highly recommend staying at an all-inclusive resort in Punta Cana. This "bubble" in the pool was entertaining kids for HOURSSSS on end...



While we were having fun kayaking, swimming right up to the pool bar, enjoying nightly entertainment, and singing karaoke, my poor Violet was not having the best time at home. A friend of mine came to check on her daily, and she was hiding in the couch cushions every time. 



But not to worry.. we've been reunited and it feels so good!

Lastly, I wanted to share some news with ya.

1) I am STOKED because I just enrolled in art school! Although I've been a professional artist for almost 10 years, there is always more to learn. I can't wait to dive into oil painting, mixed media, and drawing. I'll be learning to paint realism as well, which will be a fun challenge. The courses will take me a year or two to finish, but I'll be posting all of my progress on Instagram, if you want to follow along right here

2) After many, manyyyy months in the making.. I will be releasing my Alcohol Ink Collection to the general public on August 14th. But you will get access the day prior! All of these paintings are guarenteed to bring a pop of color and happiness to any room! The originals are all either 12x12" or 11x14", so they go great together as a duo, or a gallery wall. So stay tuned for this collection!
