How I Celebrate Music Through Painting...

Happy National Guitar Day! Although I don't play any instruments, I loooove listening to music while I paint. Depending on my mood, I listen to a wide array of songs when painting. I've never been able to paint in silence- too boring! 

Since I'm not musically inclined, I decided to use my talent to create directly ON a guitar. This was one of my favorite commissions!

I also created a custom guitar painting for Taylor Hicks (winner of American Idol back in the day). Super nice guy!
